The Thunder Bay Urban Aboriginal Strategy (TBUAS) is unique in the sense that the participating agencies adopted a different approach to delivering the project in the City of Thunder Bay compared to other urban centres.

Action Circles

One of the most recent strategies for TBUAS is the formation of four working Action Circles to address issues on an individual and more focused basis.
